Note:

Field Rules & Regulations
1. Bases and pitching rubbers may not be moved under any circumstances.
2. Motorized vehicles are prohibited on athletic fields unless specifically approved by the Parks & Recreation Department.
3. No vending, concessions, or sales of any kind are permitted without prior approval. Some fields have designated concession operators.
4. The Reservation Representative must keep a copy of the rental confirmation on hand during all field use.
5. All City of Grand Island park rules, regulations, and ordinances apply.

Conduct & Safety
1.Alcohol, smoking, and vaping are not permitted in or near City athletic facilities.
2. Steel spikes are not allowed on artificial pitching mounds. Please notify visiting teams in advance.
3. The Representative is responsible for monitoring weather conditions. Activities must stop immediately if lightning is seen or thunder is heard. As a guideline, wait 30 minutes after the last thunder before resuming play.
4. Failure to follow rules or instructions may result in the reservation being revoked.

Care of Facilities
1. Patrons must leave the facility in a clean and orderly condition. Additional clean-up fees may be assessed if necessary.
2. Patrons are responsible for any damage to City property during their rental.
3. The Reservation Representative is responsible for ensuring the event reflects positively on the City of Grand Island.

Reservations & Refunds: All online reservations are non-refundable, unless Parks & Recreation staff determine the fields to be unplayable. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
