Facilities
The outdoor Marval Hornady Event Pavilion is located in the Stolley Garden Area (2103 W Stolley Park Rd)
1. Size - 20’ x 40’ covered shelter with concrete floor.
2. Electrical outlets are located on both ends of the Pavilion.
3. No seating is available. Must bring your own chairs. Chairs must be delivered and set up within the reservation time block. No chairs or benches may be placed in flower or plant beds.
4. Please report any damages, malfunctions, unsanitary or dangerous conditions to the Park Maintenance Office at (308) 385-5426 or cell phone (308) 390-0330 days, nights, or weekends. If no answer please leave detailed message.
Note:
1. Any group renting the facility shall assume financial responsibility should any damage occur to the Pavilion.
2. Groups utilizing the facility must leave the area in a clean and presentable condition just as it was found. Please place trash in the containers provided.
3. Groups renting the facility shall conduct themselves in accordance with regulations established for facility use and in accordance with all local ordinances and state statues.
4. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises or grounds at any time.
5. No vehicles or equipment are allowed on the grass or sidewalks area.
6. The person responsible for renting the facility must be at least 21 years of age.
7. No nails, staples, tape, or markings of any kind allowed on the wood columns. Garlands or decorations used in the pavilion or Celebration area can be tied or wired in place. All decorations need to be removed by user by the end of the reservation.
8. The reserving party will be held responsible for any cleanup and damages caused by activities during the time the party has access to the property.
