Dive into an all new experience where participants get a head start at learning the basics of lifeguarding! Receive hands on experience with valuable life-saving techniques that will benefit the future lifeguard in you! Participants will receive a FREE t-shirt upon completion of the program.

Any individuals wishing to participate in the program must successfully pass the pre-requisite tasks which include the following:

-Swim front crawl for 25 yards
-Swim breaststroke for 25 yards
-Complete the water competency sequence

*any participant unable to complete the 3 tests will be given a refund for the program cost
